OUR COMPANY WAS ESTABLISHED ON DECEMBER 06, 2006 AND WAS REGISTERED IN THE STATE REGISTRY. SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT, WE HAVE CONTINUOUSLY MADE REAL TIME INVESTMENTS IN THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY. INCREASING ITS BRANCH BUS DEPOTS AND FACILITIES. WE HAVE CONTINOUSLY OPERATED RELIABLY FOR 16TH YEAR AND COUNTING. CURRENTLY, OUR COMPANY’S MAIN OFFICE IS LOCATED AT 1ST AUTO DEPOT LOCATED IN WEST ZONE-93 OF INDUSTRIAL ZONE, BAYANGOL DISTRICT, 20TH KHOROO, 2ND AUTO DEPOT LOCATED IN DAMBADARJAAD, 14TH KHOROO, SUKHBAATAR DISTRICT, 3RD AUTO DEPOT LOCATED IN ULAANKHUARAN, 33RD KHOROO, BAYANZURKH DISTRICT 4TH AUTO DEPOT LOCATED, TAHILTAD, SONGINO-KHAIRKHAN DISTRICT TOTAL OF 4 BUS DEPOTS AND OFFICES WORKING FULL TIME TO PROVED QUALITY SERVICES, RELIABLE AND SAFE TRANSPORTATIONS TO THE PASSENGERS OF THE CAPITAL CITY. THESE DEPOTS INCLUDE THEIR VERY OWN SERVICE AND REPAIR STATIONS, WASHING STATIONS THAT UTILIZE RECYCLED WATER, SPORTS HALL FOR TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES, AND LASTLY A REST AND COFFEE STATION FOR OUR BUS OPERATORS.

We will comprehensively develop a public transport service that respects passengers, respects its services, ensures reliable operation of public transport services, meets environmentally friendly demands, is equally accessible, transparent and open, and meets international and national standards.
Our company operates with a total of 420+ employees in 7 departments: Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Operations Department, Technical and Service Department, Information Control and Technology Department, Security Department, and HSE- Department.
A company is only as good as the people it employs. Furthermore, to have a good employee, the company must also have a good Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department in our company has a total of 29 people planning and operating to achieve a common goal; to establish a deep connection between the company and its employees, to help the employees feel comfortable in their work environment, and lastly to develop strategies to tackle employee motivation and productivity.
The 29 people include: Head of HR, 2 HR staff members, archive and storage manager, and many more.
Although not the largest company in the country, we do have a substantial number of transactions occurring both inside and outside of the organization. That is why our Finance department is working beyond the clock to manage our daily transactions. Since the beginning, the financial department has been working consistently to plan, accumulate, optimally allocate and spend resources in accordance with the organization’s strategic development goals, and to accurately report financial and other tax reports in a timely manner. The Finance department consists of 25 people working at different bus depots in the company. They are also responsible for the allocation of fees for the spare parts and service tools of the buses. (Which includes maintenance, oil, filters and so on).
The information control and technology department, with a total number of 4 people working full time, provides recommendations and advice on the use of technologies, conduct evaluations to reduce traffic violations, conduct research on new technologies revolving around transportations, and organize the creation of a unified control database.
The Operations Department is responsible for the proper organization of public transportation services, managing the maintenance on transportations to meet the industry standard requirements, and managing and organizing daily operations. The operations department is characterized by the fact that it has the largest workforce and is the largest department in the organization.
The technical and service department is responsible for the maintenance and service of the company’s machinery, equipment, and buses. The department is responsible for rolling out buses that meets the requirement and standards of both the government and the people. Which makes this department extremely vital to the heart of the operation.
Because our fleet of buses are our biggest company asset, we have to have proper security to watch over them whilst they are parked in their respective bus depots. Our 4 bus depots have each their own security teams working 24/7 to ensure that our buses and offices are looked after, and properly maintained after office hours.

"Tenuun Ogoo" LLC was registered with the State Registration Office
45 departures per day in 4 directions • Parking capacity was increased by 38 buses. • Started developing our depots. • 24-hour on-call repair crew deployed.
The central office and depot were put into operation. 120 buses were upgraded. A category D driving training center was established and new bus operators were trained in-house. There were 60 departures per day in 6 directions.
The 2nd depot was put into operation. • With state investment, received 50 new DAEWOO BS106 buses and deployed them for public transportation.
"Ij Burdel" LLC was acquired and expanded our operations.
Updated our fleet 3 new Hyundai Aero City 540 model buses. "JUNIOR NATUR INVESTMENT" NBFI LLC was established.
Maintenance and station put into operation. A training hall with 140 seats, a fitness room, a sewing workshop, a library, and a doctor’s room have been put into operation. A camera surveillance system was installed to monitor the entire operation.

• Bus seat cover washing workshop was established. • "Tenuun-Ogoo" main office received an upgrade with a large-scale diesel power plant.
Tenuun-Ogoo sports club was established. The office building of "Tenuun-Ogoo 3rd Base" LLC was expanded, and a complete sports gymnasium with a capacity of 700 seats was built and put into operation.

The office building of “Tenuun-Ogoo 3rd base" LLC was expanded and renovated, with 60 new parking lot added to the depot, increasing the total parking lot available to 100 units. And a comprehensive maintenance station for 20 buses were put into operation.
Established a factory for refurbishing old bus tires. Complete installation of GPS positioning device and online camera system in all the company's vehicles.
• An office building, an eco-bus washing facility, a heated parking lot for 20 buses were built at Depot 2, with the old garages receiving significant renovations. • The fleet of 55 buses was renewed. • Tenuun-Ogoo 4th bus depot was put into operation.
